Young people across the UK deserve a better future, and Youth Workers play a vital role in making this happen – always believing in young people’s potential and offering unconditional support.

But when Covid-19 hit, it put youth services at serious risk, threatening the safe spaces and support that so many young people rely on. UK Youth urgently needed funding to keep these services going, so they asked us to create a fundraising promo and social media content as part of their campaign to rally support and drive donations.

The film captured the lived experience of Jonas and his Youth Worker, Lewes, showing how a world with Youth Workers is a world where young people have a future full of possibilities.

To support the film’s message, we also created a series of social posts featuring quotes from young people about the impact Youth Workers have had on their lives. The campaign – and, more importantly, the voices of young people – really connected with the audience, leading to an increase in donations to UK Youth from the previous year.
