Nokia Health: Brand Playbook

Nokia Technology approached us after purchasing French digital health company, Withings. The internal marketing team and agencies were without a single-source of truth to rally behind, and communications were becoming fractured with way too many different documents and guidelines in circulation.

Our brief was to clear up the confusion by creating defined guidance that still allowed creative freedom.

So, to work out what the new team needed to create great brand experiences, we headed to their Paris HQ and held workshops with them. We then took these learnings, plus all the existing guidelines and started to define the essence of Nokia Health – a mammoth (but very enjoyable) challenge.

Our concept – ‘Nokia - a work in progress’ – was all about creating a culture of empowerment and collaboration that made it clear that the team were vital to the brand’s success. And we brought this to life with a straight-talking mobile first PDF that made people feel that the power to move and define the brand was in their hands – literally.
